Good Time Design, located in downtown San Diego, is currently seeking a highly intelligent and organized Accounting / Administrative Assistant!
Good Time Design is an all-encompassing restaurant and entertainment venue design and consulting firm. The company started in 2006 and has rapidly grown to operate numerous unique venues including; Moonshine Flats, Bub’s at the Ballpark, The Loma Club, Tipsy Crow and the Blind Burro. The perfect candidate that will fit just right with our growing company will be energetic, resourceful, detail oriented, bright and articulate.
-Superior attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficient in QuickBooks
-Experience in CTUIT is a plus
-Proficient in Excel
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must provide superb customer service (we are in the hospitality industry)
-Demonstrate high standards in professionalism, reliability, dependability and motivation
-Strong organizational skills requird
-Basic bookkeeping and invoicing
-Data entry and creating Excel spreadsheets
-Vendor management – Interaction with vendors to review invoices, statements, etc.
-Scan and file documents
-Prepare and organize correspondence and other documents
-Answer telephones and help with visitor reception
-Additional administrative duties as assigned
The candidate will be expected to multi-task and should be proactive in taking on tasks. The position is full-time and offers monthly parking, health and dental insurance.
