Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant


Good Time Design is currently seeking a full-time organized and experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant! We are an all-encompassing restaurant and entertainment venue design and consulting firm. The company started in 2006 and has rapidly grown to operate numerous unique venues. The perfect candidate that will fit just right with our growing company will be energetic, resourceful, detail oriented, bright and articulate.


● Maintains and audits specific vendor accounts payable
● Pays client invoices via check generation through QuickBooks or electronically by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment
● Maintains log containing all electronic payments that have been made for clients
● Researches account discrepancies
● Downloads daily bank information through QuickBooks for clients
● Maintains organization of client files and information
● Audits venues to insure all licenses are up to date
● Creates invoices using QuickBooks as requested by the Director of Operations
● Audits accounts payable for all clients to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner
● Maintains positive relationship and open communication with all client vendors
● Delivers information and documents to clients when directed by the Director of Operations
● Completes any projects assigned by Director of Operations


● Proficient with QuickBooks
● Familiar with Smart Sheet
● Attention to detail
● Strong and professional communication skills
● Ability to multitask
● Strong ability to read, write and speak the English language to perform the essential functions of the position and to be able to interact effectively with co-workers, the public and employees
● Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
